Please note that it is not possible to arrange site inspections, as there are multiple sites across several LGAs.

However, tenderers are welcome to undertake their own due diligence by visiting any publicly accessible areas.

If any further information is required, SSROC will reach out to the relevant Councils and provide any additional information available.

Good morning,

We note that execution under Section 127 is required in multiple sections of the response document. As the document refers to an authorised signatory, could this please be amended to allow execution under Section 126?

Obtaining director signatures under Section 127 is a lengthy internal process and can take several weeks. Given the tender timeframe, we are unlikely to be able to secure the required director approvals prior to the closing date.

Should Reece be successful, we would be happy to arrange execution under Section 127 at the contract award stage. However, for the purposes of the tender submission, we would appreciate confirmation that execution by an authorised signatory under Section 126 is acceptable.

Signing the tender documents under ASIC 126 is acceptable. The tenderer may amend the Instrument of Tender at their end, as long as the person signing has the appropriate delegation and authority to bind the organisation to the submission.

SSROC's preference, if the tenderer is successful in their bid, is that the PSMA - the Preferred Supplier Master Agreement, being the contractual document, is signed under ASIC 127.

The tenders are to note that

• the PSMA is in draft form until agreed and hence is not to be signed at this stage. It is to be signed on award

• The PSA (Preferred Supplier Agreement) is executed on agreed engagement with the selected Participating Council. It is provided here as a sample copy
