Hi,

We are interested in submitting a proposal for the MHRT website maintenance project. Before preparing our response, could you please clarify:

• Is the main requirement focused on resolving the member-area security/search indexing issue, or are there additional development and maintenance activities in scope?

• Is this intended as a one-off project or an ongoing support arrangement?

• Will Webflow and MemberStack administrative access be provided to the successful supplier?

• Can the work be performed remotely, or is any on-site attendance required?

• Do resources need to be Australia-based, or can overseas development resources be used?

• For development and testing, would the successful supplier be expected to use your existing environment, or would it be acceptable to work in a local/staging environment before deployment?

Hi Harsh

Yes one of the main issues will be focused on resolving the member security issue/s. The main development will be updating and maintenance of the website and we would take recommendations from the Vendor on improvements.

This will be an on-going support arrangements - needs based.

I'm unsure about access to memberstack and webflow - need to get more information on that.

Yes the work can be performed remotely but we are only accepting vendors and the development resources from within Australia.

I would expect a staging / local environment to get used for testing / UAT prior to any upload in the live environment.

Yes, happy to accept vendors within Australia and there is no requirement to work on site.
