Question:
Hi,

Can Council clarify the requirement for 1 x Accessible and 1 x Ambulant please?

Changes made to the NCC in May 2023, stipulate that a Class 10a building now has to have, as a minimum, 1 x Unisex Accessible, and if more than one cubicle is required, inclusion of 1 x Male Ambulant AND 1 x Female Ambulant specifically is required.

Respondents must provide a compliant solution that will meet any applicable codes and approvals.

Council will take this into consideration and will accept configurations:

What is the intent of the sewer holding tank? can everything be connected to the existing treatment system?

Sewer holding tank is for the Dump Ezy.

Existing toilet block connects to the HSTP and the new toilet block is to connect to the HSTP.

We are currently in the process of completing the required information within the vendor portal; however, we require a short extension to finalise all documentation and ensure everything submitted is accurate and complete.

Would it be possible to extend the submission deadline to 27/02/2026? This will allow us to provide the necessary details without compromising accuracy.
