Hi Brendan,

The Insurance clauses and Contract Conditions will be provided at the RFT stage, however, historically and as a starting point, the tenderer can expect to see a Professional Indemnity limit of $10 Million AUD, Public Liability of $20 Million AUD and Contract Works insurance for an amount as set out in the Schedule, and if no amount is specified then the contract works insurance must be for an amount not less than the Contract Price.

Hi Ian,

Answers as below:

1. Can the landform design for the IADA be made available to EOI respondents?\

The landform design will be made available at the tender stage.

2. For Reshaping of the ash surface (phase 1), what is the average centroid to centroid ash movement distance required?

Response: The average ash movement distance is ~120m.

3. What is the operating width of the access track?

The operating width is reduced to 5m and above for a 500m section. The remainder of the track has an operational width of ~14m. The selected tenderers will have an opportunity to view the access track and confirm measurements during the tender phase.

Dear Tenderers,

To assist with incomplete submissions and a tight EOI timeline, CS Energy have allowed a 24-hour extension to COB 5pm Friday 15 May 2026.

Please ensure your Expressions of Interest are submitted via Vendor Panel before COB tomorrow as there will be no further extensions.

Kind regards,
