Details
Gladstone Ports Corporation invites suitably qualified Contractors to submit a tender for the provision of dolphin upgrades at the RG Tanna Coal Terminal, Gladstone, Central Queensland. The scope of works includes the fabrication, supply and installation of Dolphin Upgrade Equipment, as detailed in the Scope of Works contained within the ITT document bundle.

Tender submissions must clearly demonstrate the Contractor’s relevant experience, technical capability, and capacity to successfully deliver the works.

A mandatory site inspection is scheduled for 11:00am Wednesday, 25th February 2026. Registration and PPE requirements detailed in the ITT Template in the ITT document bundle.

Good afternoon and thank you for your enquiry. GPC will consider alternative FRP materials for the grating and handrails, provided they comply with AS1657:2018 and Section 11 of GPC Engineering Site Standard GPC CSS 101.

Meeting minutes

The site inspection will include a brief presentation by the GPC Project Team, followed by a walkthrough of the work area to view the proposed locations for the works. Formal meeting minutes will not be recorded; however, a summary of key discussion points and any scope clarifications will be uploaded to VendorPanel after the meeting. There may also be an opportunity for a follow up site visit, and attendees are welcome to take photos for the purpose of preparing their bid. Regards, KH
