I would like to request clarification on the following apparent typographical errors in the tender documents:

Section 2 – Contract Specific Requirements, Site Details

“Birtley Road” is typed twice. It appears that “Minerva Hills” has been omitted from the list.

Pricing Schedule – Schedule of Rates

For Minerva Hills Road, the Gravel Haulage rate is listed as 17.64 Tonne. Please confirm whether this is correct or if a revision is required.

Could you please review these items and advise if they are indeed errors and provide the corrected information at your earliest convenience?
