Construction of the Mornington Water Treatment Plant Upgrade. This project includes:

(i) Decommissioning, demolition removal, storage and disposal of redundant WTP assets.

(ii) Design, supply, delivery, construction, installation, testing and commissioning and performance testing of a new 1.6 MLD Water Treatment Plant including process treatment, SCADA integration, civil and structural and all associated supporting works.

Tenderers are to note that this tender is being released with preliminary drawings marked as Issued For Tender, to enable the market and potential Tenderers to review the project details and commence preparations for their submissions. A complete set of Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings and supporting documentation will be made available in early January 2026. This will allow Tenderers sufficient time to finalise their offers prior to the closure of the tender period. If necessary, extensions to the tender period may be considered in January, depending on the release date of the IFC documentation.
