The City of Greater Bendigo is located in the centre of Victoria, covering almost 3,000 square kilometres.

We have a growing population of more than 110,000, and are the state’s third largest economy base in Victoria. We are a service and infrastructure centre for north central Victoria, and surrounded by 40,000 hectares of regional, state and national parkland.

The Greater Bendigo municipality is divided into three wards – Eppalock, Lockwood, and Whipstick.

The City of Greater Bendigo is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to join an existing Panel of Suppliers for the Provision of Various Concrete Work Services under an Open Panel Contract.

The existing Panel of Suppliers was originally established in 2023 however due to an increase in demand and projects the City is looking to expand the capability and capacity of the panel.

The Specification, Evaluation Criteria and Conditions of Contract remain the same as the 2023 tender, please refer to uploaded documents.

Contractors with existing contracts under CT000663 Provision of Various Concrete Work Services under an Open Panel Contract DO NOT need to reapply.

New Contractors seeking to join the existing panel must complete document CT000663 Part 4 Tender Response Schedule, please refer to uploaded documents.
