Stanwell Corporation Limited (Stanwell) is inviting Tenders for the manufacture, supply and delivery of approximately 12,000 fabric filter bags for Tarong North Power Station, located in South East Queensland.



Please Note: Stanwell use the Zycus Supplier Network (ZSN) portal to conduct Tenders and Expressions of Interest and only uses VendorPanel/QTenders to advertise. There are no documents to download from or upload to. You cannot submit a Tender here.

Stanwell Corporation Limited (Stanwell) invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a Proposal for the manufacture, supply and delivery of approximately 12,000 fabric filter bags for Tarong North Power Station, located in South East Queensland.

Tarong North Power Station operates a Lurgi-designed RF pulse jet fabric filter plant that is critical to the control of particulate emissions and ongoing compliance with environmental licence conditions. The fabric filter bags are a mission-critical component of this system and are replaced periodically in accordance with planned outage schedules.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) relates to the full replacement of the existing fabric filter bags during an upcoming Tarong North outage, with 12,000 bags representing the optimal quantity to allow for complete replacement and contingency coverage for installation damage, breakage or early operational defects.

The scope of this RFP includes, but is not limited to:

(1) Manufacture of fabric filter bags in strict accordance with Stanwell’s technical specification and performance requirements;

(2) Quality assurance, inspection and testing of fabric filter bags prior to dispatch;

(3) Supply and delivery of fabric filter bags to Tarong North Power Station within the required outage timeframes; and

(4) Provision of all required technical documentation, certifications and warranties, including performance guarantees.

Stanwell is seeking Proposals from suppliers that can demonstrate proven experience in the supply of fabric filter bags for coal-fired power generation or comparable industrial applications, with a strong focus on product reliability, performance life, and conformance to technical and safety requirements
