Hello Peter,

The tender documents are available via eTender https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/, however they are only available to contractors appearing on the PQC eligible list.

Hi There, i am trying to view the documents to see if there is any asbestos or demolition works within the scope. The only document that was downloaded was the request summary report. Is there anymore supporting documents please? Thanks

Hello Megan,

The scope is only able to be released to eligible contractors for tender. There is assumed asbestos in place within the building which will be taken into consideration.

Hi Megan,

The tender is only available to contractors appearing on the PQC Eligible List. Zero asbestos are not currently appearing on the list. If your business is PQC Registered and you believe you ought to be eligible please contact PQC on 1800 072 621 or via PQCRegistrar@epw.qld.gov.au.
