Details
Nambucca Valley Council is a small general purpose Council on the mid-north coast of NSW. Council is the local water utility for the shire providing water to approximately 6,600 customers and approximately 7,000 water meters, which are split between rural 9% and in-town 91%.
We use an in-house application for generating the meter reading routes and recording the data.
Questions asked by the buyer
Question 1 - [Required]
Please provide details of your services, and an estimate for:
• Establishment – setting up meter reading routes, uploading to contractor provided portable tablets/data recorders.
• Initial run – recording meter location details and other property attributes.
• Subsequent cyclic meter reading. We currently read our meters quarterly in early March, early June, early Sep and early December.
The Contractor is to supply all necessary equipment.
When quoting, please quote per annum for a 3-year period.
