Insurance: Agreement Information Items 14 and 15 require professional indemnity and public liability insurance of $20M each. Will Council accept lower amounts? If so, please advise the minimum amounts for the Principal Design Consultant and for sub consultants?

Council only accepts $20 million Professional Liability and Public Liability insurance from the Principal Design Consultant.
