Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council was formed by Proclamation of the NSW Government on 12 May 2016.

Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council provides services and support to a community of approximately 11,500 people, including residents of Cootamundra and Gundagai, as well as the villages of Adjungbilly, Coolac, Muttama, Nangus, Stockinbingal, Tumblong and Wallendbeen.

Council is focused on ensuring that the community benefits from this amalgamation, with our highest priority being to continue delivering quality local services that our communities value and rely on. It is the aim of the administration to build a united team and a united community that is inclusive, forward-thinking and lays the foundations for a strong and effective local government.

Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake asphalt resurfacing works at five locations on the Olympic Highway and Burley Griffin Way. The works are to be carried out in accordance with the tender specifications and associated contract documentation.

SITE INSPECTION AND BRIEFING MEETING

The Tenderer must familiarise with the Works and the Site prior to submission of its tender.

A Mandatory pretender meeting and Site Inspections will be held as per below:

Date - Wednesday 21 October 2026

Time - 10am

Location - Commence at Location 1. Initial meeting will be at the Dirnaseer Road stockpile site just south of the work area. Remaining locations will then be visited.

All questions and requests for information or clarification concerning the tender Documents must be directed through the vendor panel platform.
