Question:
4.2 Fleet Management ICT Solution

Greetings,

As the documentation is silent on whether there will be a requirement for, or consideration of technology/software escrow services, could you, if appropriate, let me know the following,

1.
Has escrow as a risk mitigation tool been considered for holding intellectual property or trade secrets?

2.
If it has, has it been discarded?

3.
If escrow is required, how will you go about selecting your software escrow agent, given the cost of technology escrow services is typically modest?

Kind regards, Software Escrow Guardians
