The buyer has elected to have their personal and contact details hidden. These details will be revealed at the buyers discretion.

This project requires a qualified contractor to install a chemical barrier by drilling holes at regular intervals (e.g., 120mm apart) into the mortar course. Then inject a damp-proofing solution into the holes using a specialised applicator or gun. Ensure the holes are filled to the required depth. Then the curing time will be allowed. To allow the injected material to cure and create a waterproof barrier within the wall.

Make good works will be restoration of the exterior render after the DPC has cured.

This will be a lump sum contract.

There will be an opportunity for contractors to visit the site on the following date:

Underfloor access:

Unfortunately, there is no under floor access. Hatch is into a cellar that is fully concrete and dry.

Proposed location for DPC:

Damp Proof Course to be installed as per addendum 1 "Images of Maldon Museum".

External Brickwork: Along the brick line as it meets the stone footing. Thus render to stone footing will not be touched.

Internal Brickwork (Display room only for this stage one project): Installed just above the skirting boards, every 120mm to ensure that barrier is effective.

Based on the above addendum we have modified the pricing schedule. Please use Schedule 4 - Quotation Form - Addendum Issue when preparing your submissions.
