Details
MNHHS is seeking a Supplier/Non-Government Organisation (NGO) with the capability and capacity to establish an operational partnership with Metro North Mental Health (MNMH) for the delivery of Step-up Step-down (SUSD) services. The partnership will provide 24-hour non-clinical support to complement clinical services and deliver psychosocial rehabilitation to support consumers in their recovery.

A briefing session will be held on Thursday 03 September 2026 at 1pm – 2pm Queensland time.

It is mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session to submit an offer.

Suppliers are requested to nominate who will be attending (a maximum of two participants per Supplier) by 10 am Queensland time on 02 September 2026.

Can you please confirm your expectations regarding the 'evidence' requested in Mandatory Criteria: Training, licences, memberships, associations, regulated requirements and registrations? Are you anticipating letters of support to substantiate 'linkages with local Mental Health Services including PHN' or is detailing an overview of this relationship/these connections sufficient? Similarly, for evidence of the NGO training framework, will a description of training modules provided meet this requirement or is other evidence required?

Could MNHHS confirm whether Intentional Peer Support (IPS), Embodying Recovery, Hearing Voices, or other recognised lived experience training programs would be accepted as equivalent qualifications for Lived Experience roles where a TAFE qualification is specified?

We note the requirement to provide consumers with transport to appointments. Can MNHHS please confirm whether a vehicle is available for this purpose or does the NGO provider need to allocate a budget for an appropriate vehicle in our offer?
