JCU (The Principal) intends to refurbish Building 060 within the Estate Precinct located at Bebegu Yumba campus in order to accommodate the relocation of the Boating and Diving department.

The Contractor shall undertake the design development, certification, refurbishment works, service modifications, commissioning and handover of the facility under a Medium Works Contract.

The Principal will provide:

• Architectural Sketch Design.

• JCU General Preliminaries.

• JCU Design Guidelines and Specifications (available at: Design Guidelines - Estate - JCU Australia)

• Space Data Sheets.

• Minimum Electrical Plan (preliminary, not for construction).

• Compressor Airline Arrangement, Layout, and Air Line Layout photographs (indicative information only; not for design or construction use – to be confirmed with Integrated Safety Group).

• Existing available building information (indicative only).
