Our team are in the process of completing a response for Tab "1.d PAH Nuc. Med." and asked whether it would be acceptable to add an additional column/s if we have multiple solutions to offer ?

Also;

Could you kindly clarify what the following means: "Attach a quote of a fully specd solution to meet the facility needs"? Would it be possible to provide what you require in the system configuration, in order for us to provide a more accurate budgetary quote?

Yes, additional columns can be added to include alternative offerings for consideration.

Re: fully spec'd solution: This requirement is based on your organisations experience and knowledge of what a world class equipment and room configuration may require. During this process we aren't holding clinical engagement via this process.

Currently, the folder labelled PAH – SAID 10154574 contains another folder with room information for PAH SAID 10159547, which appears to be the incorrect room.

Afternoon,

Following a review of the documentation. The zip file PAH - SAID 10154574 has an internal file document labelled 'PAH SAID 10159547', this folder numbering is incorrect and has accidently been mislabelled. The folder should read PAH - SAID 10154574, all the content within the folders references the correct information.
