The Queensland Police Service (QPS) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) panel of System Integrator (SI) suppliers specialising in the design, development, and support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. The services to be sourced include, but are not limited to:

• Transcription,

• Sentiment analysis,

• Entity recognition, and content summarisation.

Integration with pre-existing systems—spanning various data formats and infrastructures—will be pivotal, with an emphasis on utilising established APIs, codecs, and file formats.

Good morning,

Neither files that have been uploaded for SI SOA for Delivery of AI Solutions references EOI in the file name or in the document itself.

Both documents clearly outline this is an Invitation to Offer (ITO) to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) Panel of suppliers, once that panel has been successful in this process, individual RFQ's will be released to only the successful panel for individual projects of work. This is not an RFQ or EOI it is an ITO.
