Hi Barry,

Thank you for your question.

We have added two additional documents to the tender request - a map showing the available gravel pit locations (Document titled '6. Gravel and Water Maps') and a spreadsheet of the GPS locations (Document titled '7. Gravel Pit GPS Locations'). This information is provided as a reference only. Tenderers are to undertake their own site inspections and enquiries to confirm pit access, haulage routes, site conditions, and gravel availability and quantities, and allow for these matters in their tender pricing.

Material testing is not applicable under Section 3.9 of the RFT.

There are currently no extraction charges, approvals and rehabilitation requirements applicable in this tender.

Kind regards,

Shire of Derby / West Kimberley
