• Safe demolition of existing roofing, insulation, all existing roof plumbing, eaves (incl where necessary removal of asbestos) fascia’s and disposal at a waste transfer facility – refer Asbestos Register

• New roofing, insulation, roof plumbing, eaves, and fascia’s

• New high and low level louvers

• Replacement works to vinyl flooring

Tender submissions will be accepted from eligible contractors that satisfy the PQC requirements of this project.
