Procurement Specification: Outdoor Table Tennis Table for Public Park

1. Project Overview

Tamworth Regional Council is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of one (1) outdoor table tennis table suitable for permanent installation in a public park. The table must be robust, weather-resistant, and designed for high-frequency public use.

2. Product Requirements

The table tennis table must meet the following specifications:

• Type: Outdoor, fixed installation (not foldable or portable)

• Material: High-durability materials such as polymer concrete, aluminium composite, or weatherproof resin

• Surface: Anti-glare, UV-resistant playing surface with appropriate bounce characteristics

• Frame: Galvanised steel or equivalent corrosion-resistant frame

• Net System: Fixed metal or composite net suitable for outdoor conditions

• Dimensions: Standard ITTF dimensions (2.74m x 1.525m x 0.76m)

3. Durability & Safety

• Must be vandal-resistant and securely mountable to a concrete slab

• Rounded edges and tamper-proof fittings for public safety

• Designed to withstand all-season exposure including rain, sun, and frost

4. Delivery & Freight

• Destination: Tamworth, NSW 2340

• Supplier must include freight costs in the quotation

• Delivery must be made to a designated council depot or directly to the installation site (to be confirmed upon award)

5. Warranty & Support

• Minimum 5-year warranty on structural components

• Supplier must provide installation instructions and ongoing support contact
