Details
Offers are invited by Metro South Hospital and Health Service (MSHHS or MSH) for SP480 for the provision of Comprehensive Maintenance Service for Lifts and Associated Equipment across MSH. Comprehensive Maintenance Service means the provision of a fully managed lift and dumbwaiter maintenance service that includes both Preventive Maintenance (Planned Maintenance) and Corrective Maintenance (Reactive/Breakdown Maintenance) to ensure that all lifts and dumbwaiters remain safe, compliant, reliable and operational, in accordance with applicable legislation, standards and manufacturer requirements.
It is the responsibility of the Offerors to read and become familiar with the contents of the ITO.

Metro South Health advise that this tender opportunity is being cancelled due to an update to the Standing Offer Arrangement (ZZ-PR118154) that now fully meets MSH requirements. In line with QPP 26 requirements, MSH will undertake a review of the revised Qld SOA offering, and the future procurement activity for this category will be conducted in accordance with the updated SOA framework.
