Please note that attendance to one of the Customer’s webinar briefing sessions is mandatory. Sessions are planned to occur via MS Teams at the following times:

1. 3:00pm to 3.30pm, Monday, 27 July 2026.

2. 10:00am to 10:30am, Wednesday, 29 July 2026.

A site visit at Copperfield Dam (Lyndhurst QLD) is also available to interested tenderers on the morning of Thursday, 6 August 2026, at Tenderer's expense. Given the remote location of the site, attendance is optional.

Could you please confirm by return email, that you have this email, by no later COB 24 July 2026. Please also advise your availability in attending one of the webinar briefing sessions and the site visit.

Any additional information (Clarifications, Responses to Suppliers Questions etc) will be released via email for your consideration.
