The Queensland Police Service (QPS) Media and Public Affairs Group (MPAG) plays a critical role in managing public information, media relations, and stakeholder engagement. To ensure MPAG remains fit-for-purpose and aligned with government and QPS strategic priorities, we seek an independent review of its structure, systems, processes, and capability.

The Customer is seeking a Supplier, preferably an individual from a boutique, specialised background who possesses the key attributes required to deliver the review. It is highly desirable that the candidate has successfully completed similar work within a television media environment for a high-profile organisation.

Ideally, the review should be conducted by:

• An individual rather than a team to ensure consistency in approach.

• Someone with experience in emergency services or police organisations, combined with industry expertise, preferably in television.
