Question:
Good Afternoon,

Minor Works contract contains clause 20 QBCC Requirements.

A QBCC licence is not required to be held for construction of civil roadworks, can you please confirm this clause is not applicable?

Kind Regards

Answered on 11/Aug/2025 12:42 PM:

Thankyou for picking this up.

The Minor Works Contract is a standard template that JCU use for building and construction works.

Clause 20 QBCC Requirements - this clause is not applicable and will be noted in the special conditions as not applicable upon award of the contract to the successful tenderer.

Regards

Alison
