CHQ has provided scaled PDF drawings for Level 3 General, Level 5 General and Level 5 Performance, together with the tender fit out drawings and specifications. When considered alongside the site inspection that has already occurred, during which tenderers were provided full access to the relevant areas, these documents are considered sufficient to support preparation of a conforming tender.

The underlying CAD files for these locations form part of CHQ’s critical asset information and are managed in accordance with applicable information security and critical infrastructure obligations. On this basis, CAD files for these locations will not be issued during the tender period.

The successful contractor will be provided with controlled access to the necessary base drawings post award to support coordination activities and to meet the requirement to provide “as installed” AutoCAD drawings at handover.
