1) A site meeting was conducted last week.

But a further site visit can be arranged, please advise when this is planned so the school can be advised.

Note whilst on site, please call Greg Smith on his Mobile 0427 177 379 if you have any queries.

(NOTE: DO NOT ask the school Principal)

2) Quantities, there are quantities provided.

Measurements (room sizes) are provided on the school plans.

This Tender was distributed exclusively to Selected Contractors. Consequently, you may receive a message indicating that you are not eligible for this tender.

Hi Megan

This Tender was issued to tenderers open with eligible list. The advertisement was mistakenly posted on the Vendor Panel. In the future, it will be regarded as exclusively available to all contractors.

Hi Megan

For this particular Tender, it was randomly selected the list of contractors. As a result, this tender was specifically directed to Open with the Eligible list (i.e., Selected Contractors). Please be aware that the advertisement on the vendor panel was incorrectly posted here, which should not have happened; this is the cause of your confusion.

Generally, all tenders are issued via e-tender. Please watch out e-tender website. https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/public



I would like to remind you that the Vendor Panel is exclusively used for advertising tenders and extending the closing date (if necessary).

When logging into the VendorPanel portal the documents refer to school plans, we can only access the 4 documents, 3x addenda and tender info, where do we go to download the full set of documents? I am familiar with vendorpanel but can't see any other documents but these 4.

Hi Matt

This particular Tender is exclusively for contractors listed on the Open with Eligible List (which was selected randomly). Because of the Open with Eligible List, it should not have been advertised on the Vendor Panel and was a mistake. This has led to confusion among contractors. As Jem Building is not part of the Eligible List, they cannot access the tender documents. Most tenders have been made available on the e-tender platform. Please ignore this tender as you are not invited to participate in this tender process. We apologize for any confusion caused.
