?? Removal and disposal of existing roof sheeting, gutters, downpipes and associated equipment.

?? Repairs to structural roof members/tiedowns/soffits as outlined in the structural drawings provided.

?? New roof cladding, gutters, downpipes and fascias.

?? Painting of dutch gables.

?? Removal and reinstatement of existing roof infrastructure and make good penetrations, including: solar hot water,

solar systems, roof ventilation, communication equipment, data/telecommunication.

?? Building Certification and necessary Form 12’s.
