The Gladstone Region is located in Central Queensland, approximately 550 kilometres north of Brisbane and covers an area of 10,500 square kilometres. With two of the world’s largest alumina refineries, Queensland’s largest multi commodity port and a number of other major industrial giants sited locally, the Gladstone region is known for its employment opportunities and skilled workforce.

Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) requires experienced and qualified Service Providers to provide a range of equipment and associated services to support events and entertainment held within the Gladstone Region.

The objective of this Events and Production Hire and Services RPQS is to support the delivery of inclusive, engaging, and high-quality community events that enrich community life across the Gladstone Region.

The panel enables GRC to engage a diverse range of suitably qualified Service Providers who can deliver culturally appropriate, accessible, and family-friendly entertainment that reflects the interests, identity, and diversity of the local community.
