Baxter Flood Mitigation Project: Adjacent to ARTC railway corridor and within private landowners/developers. Consent from external authorities will be required. Staged delivery will be required.

Botany Flood Mitigation Project: Adjacent to state road and interfaces with state assets. Council has obtained approval to connect however requires Contractor’s Public Liability to complete Bank Guarantee
