Tamworth Regional Council is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake gutter and fascia renewal works at the Chaffey Park amenities building in Tamworth. The scope includes:

- Removal and replacement of approximately 28 lineal metres of existing guttering

- Installation of custom metal flashing over approximately 44 lineal metres of existing timber fascia, including gable end flashings

- Replacement of both downpipes

- Installation of vandal-resistant galvanised sleeves over the downpipes

All measurements are approximate. Contractors are expected to inform themselves of site conditions and verify quantities.
