Question:
The quantities provided by TMR in the v2 schedule don’t align with the drawings. Can you please confirm the following:

1. Supply and Install lockable lids and locks (Circular) – Is the project requesting security pad lock lids or non-security (pit key) lockable lids.

2. 60007.01 - The conduit qty provided in v2 Schedule of Rates is 1940m vs 884m in the drawing conduit schedule.

The additional meterage will add significant traffic control costs. Can you please confirm start and finish points for the 1900m of 2x100 and what quantity is to be priced?

3. 60154.01- The asbestos pit qty provided in v2 Schedule of Rates is 32 vs 15 in the drawing pit schedule, what qty is to be priced?

4. 67101.01 & 67109.01 – The 16mm4c cable qty provided in v2 Schedule of Rates is 1900m vs 1495m in the drawing cable schedule, what qty is to be priced?

5. Is the existing bridge crossing conduit P757 to P755 to be re-used. We have not found this qty on the drawings. Can you please confirm the start and finish points of this 1900m?

Answered on 11/Feb/2026 02:20 PM:

Updates made to this Request
24/Dec/2025 07:30 AM
Based on the questions TMR received on this project, please see responses below:

1. MRS & MRTS docs – Annexure documents are templates only with no detail which specifies project requirements.

Response: The information/data can only be supplied to the successful contractor. In this instance only parts that are needed for the application are required to be filled in, for example, the traffic control info cannot be completed prior to the contract being awarded.

2. Pricing Schedule – Line item descriptions are not complete and there are no quantities.

Response: The SOR needs to be quoted as per the design and all quantities should be captured and priced. The submitted prices will against the SOR. Any missed items during evaluations can be resubmitted and anything TMR have missed, can be treated as post award variation.

3. Drawings – Project Drawings are draft design only (also looks like there are missing pages of drawings). Does TMR have IFC drawings for this project?

Response: The drawing should consist of 3 pages with all the info needed to price the works. We understand it says draft on the design, but this is what will be the “IFC” to quote. Please ignore the word draft.
