The Queensland Parliamentary Service (QPS) is calling for submissions from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of planned preventative, and reactive Electrical Services at the Parliamentary Precinct.

The Supplier shall provide planned preventative and reactive electrical services. Specifically, the scope includes (but not limited to):

• Preventative Maintenance Services:

o Switchboard Maintenance

o Exit and Emergency Lighting

o Lighting Protection

o RCD Testing

o Parliament House Decorative Lighting

o General Electrical Services

• Reactive Electrical Services

- Please provide full description of each of the 13 breakers, including trip units (e.g., Generator supply 3P MTZ 2_08_H1 with ML5.0X FIXED ACB)

- A copy of the SLD

- Preferred service times: After hours during the week, or on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday)

- Whether we can service all the breakers in one go or if it needs to be split over several days

- Duration for onsite induction requirements
