The Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority is responsible for: (a) investigating and planning for potential venues and villages, and related infrastructure, for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The buyer has elected to have their personal and contact details hidden. These details will be revealed at the buyers discretion.

To support the staged construction of the new Brisbane Stadium, the National Aquatic Centre (NAC), and associated works in Victoria Park, an Early Works package is required to establish a safe, compliant, and construction-ready site (the Project).

These Early Works at Victoria Park includes but not limited to demolition, environmental, utility, and site establishment activities, including bulk earthworks, ahead of Brisbane Stadium and NAC works. This package enables improved cost certainty, safer working conditions, and more efficient delivery sequencing for the Program.

To receive the full IFP documentation, suppliers need to complete the following steps:

Step 1 - Download the attached Procurement Process Deed Poll

Step 2 - Execute Procurement Deed Poll

Step 3 - Advise nominated Vendor Panel contact to receive IFP invite.

Step 4 - Email completed document to GIICA via procurement@giica.au (DO NOT SUBMIT THESE DOCUMENTS VIA Q TENDERS/VENDOR PANEL)

GIICA will review documents received and if Procurement Deed Poll is excited correctly, will invite you to the IFP Process via Q Tenders (Vendor Panel).

GIICA is aiming on releasing the IFP for this process on Tuesday, 16 December 2025.

The Registration process for this IFP will close at 5PM, Friday, 9 January 2026.

Please note the closing date of the IFP cannot be extended, so early responses to the registration process are encouraged to maximise your response time to the IIFP.
