Question:
Can I please get some clarification on the pricing table A - Preventative Maintenance Pricing?

1. Malmet recommends 6 monthly servicing so do we put a value in both the 6 monthly service price column per site and the annual service price per site or just the 6 monthly?

2. Do we include travel pricing in these values advised above as the table is labelled (excluding travel) in the 6 month and annual column?

3. Can you confirm the calculations on the annual cost facility are correct as this column does not take into account the number of items column and multiply by this number?

1. If the recommendation is 6 monthly service, please just price that column.

2. If you are not pricing any other service interval, the pricing for travel will need to be built into the 6 monthly price. This can be noted in your submission

3. Please amend the spreadsheet formula so that it calculates correctly the annual cost.

If manufacturer recommendation for preventative differs from SB04 - Bentop Sterilisers should we note this in our response and attach a scope of works for the tasks we complete?

Can we attach a capability statement and refence it in our ITO Response Schedule rather than maintain answers in the boxes in the ITO Response Document where applicable?

The response form is provided so that when the evaluation panel is reviewing an offer they can find the information to compare offers in the same place, without having to search through pages of documents.

A capability statement can be provided, but the response form should contain sufficient information to enable evaluation of your offer against the evaluation criteria.

Question:
Given Malmet are the manufacturer of some of the units in the fleet can we price servicing these differently to the Non Malmet Units?

If so, how do we factor this in as the pricing schedule only allows a single price per site.

Should we add a row and split the Malmet and Non Malmet Units based on the Asset List provided

That would be acceptable. We just need to be able to assess the total price offered between Offerors.
