The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR or the “Principal”) invites prequalified Tenderers at R3 (Major), F5 (Financial) A2 (Asphalt) and above category to submit a Tender for the construction of Summerholm Road intersection upgrade.

The general scope of works is Pavement widening at the intersection to provide a channelised right-turn lane into Summerholm Road with drainage improvements

A successful Applicant must be accredited and maintain accreditation for the duration of the project under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme. Compliance with the Code for Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 is a mandatory requirement.

A non-mandatory pre-lodgement conference will take place at 10am on Thursday 03rd of September 2026 via Microsoft Teams. Tenderers wishing to attend the conference are requested to register their interest by email prior to the meeting date so that a meeting invitation can be issued. To obtain documents, eligible prequalified contractors must email: dd_pc@tmr.qld.gov.au to apply for access. Once approved, documentation will be made available at the BAS website: https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/bas/etender/.
