The Department of Primary Industries (DPI) is seeking Quotations for the provision of cleaning services at the DPI Central Region Office, Parkhurst.

Cleaning services are required for the DPI Central Region Office (25 Yeppoon Rd, Parkhurst Qld 4702) for up to 5 years (3+1+1), and include cleaning tasks in the following categories:

flooring,

walls, ceilings, and windows,

toilets, washrooms, showers and locker rooms,

tearooms, kitchens and lunchrooms,

office areas, furniture, furnishings, and fittings,

external areas, and

specialist cleaning.

A mandatory industry briefing will be held at the DPI Central Region Office on Wednesday, 12 March 2025 at 10:00AM. Please refer to the 'DPI25097 - Request for Quote' document for registration information.
