On the 12th May 2016 Ashfield, Leichhardt and Marrickville councils were merged into a new council, known as the Inner West Council, by the NSW State Government under their reform program for councils. The proclamation from the NSW State Government carries over the codes, plans, strategies and policies of former councils, and makes them the codes, plans, strategies and policies of the new council. This is to ensure that the new council continues to have codes, plans, strategies and policies in place to guide its operation.

Question:
Hi there,

Is council hoping to select a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution, or are you open to submissions that propose building a solution using Microsoft AI tools (with appropriate AI models able to be selected as part of the solution).
