Question:
Would QPS consider suppliers who are able to supply only specific meal components, such as breakfast and snacks, rather than providing breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner as a complete meal service?

Also, where a supplier provides only packaged breakfast and snack products, will the Accredited Food Safety Program requirement apply to the supplier directly, or can compliance be demonstrated through the accredited food manufacturer/s supplying those products?

Please include as much information as possible for QPS to evaluate and consider the appropriate approach. Compliance can be demonstrated through supply chain partners where appropriate. A statement indicating this will suffice, actual documentation is not expected at this EOI stage.
