The works to be performed under this contract will be administered by Contract Manager and may include, but not limited to;

• Maintenance of existing Council buildings and surrounds

• Minor improvements to Council buildings and surrounds

• Assist Council Facilities & Project Officers with minor refurbishment of Council buildings and surrounds

• Works in parks & reserves throughout the municipality

• Minor Parks and Grounds related carpentry repairs and installation;

• Minor breakdown repairs;

• New installations;

• Vandalism repair work;

• Emergency or out-of-hours work as required.
