This site inspection has been scheduled for 9am, Wednesday 3 December 2025. Please meet at the Admin Building.
Attendees MUST RSVP no later than 11am, Tuesday 2 December 2025 to QBuild.NQ.Tenders@epw.qld.gov.au ensuring attendees’ name and contact number is supplied. A limit of three attendees from each tendering organisation is applicable.
Failure to RSVP, will result in non admittance to site
Pricing: 70 points
Non Price Criteria: 30 points (Local Benefits, Methodology & Program)
Contractor to hold appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertakes works
Time for Commencement: Within 4 weeks of acceptance
Date for Practical Completion: within 10 weeks from acceptance
