Question
:
Good Morning,
In order to provide accurate pricing are you able to provide the following details.
1. An asset list providing details of the relevant units, type, size (split, package) etc.
2. Roof access:
a. are roof areas accessible via fixed ladders, internal building access and if not, is access possible using ladders or is EWP/Boom access required?
b. do roof areas have fixed anchor points, static lines etc.
Thanks

:
Good morning and thanks for the questions.
1. You'll see we have added an updated Schedule which identifies those facilities with evaportative ac's. Most of our facilities therefore, have split systems/ducted systems and some cassettes.
2. There is no requirement for an EWP as all of our roofs can be accessed by ladder.
3. Like a lot of regional Councils, we have many facilities that remain reflective of the period in which they were built. Most of our buildings are single storied. Only our 'modern' roofs have anchor points. There are no static lines in place. Suppliers are able to view any facility by appointment and make their own determination of roof access and subsequent requirements.
Thanks
