Vendors may price one or more of the following contract areas based on their coverage and capability:

• Dandenong – 5,096 properties

• Frankston & Cheltenham – 5,796 properties

• Inner Metro South – 4,091 properties

• Morwell – 2,978 properties

• Sale & Bairnsdale – 1,331 properties

The package cover work related to:

D – Painting: Internal and external painting, surface preparation and associated painting works.
