Swan Hill Rural City Council (Council) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake landscaping works associated with the Robinvale Workers Accommodation located at McCartney Court, Robinvale.

Details
Council is delivering a residential housing project comprising ten (10) new homes in Robinvale. Construction of the dwellings is currently underway under an existing contract.


Landscaping design has been developed in accordance with the approved plans and Council are seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the works. The scope of works include all landscaping design detailed within the document ‘Part B Brief Specification’. Interested contractors should note that one scope item - concrete pavement additional paths around houses – may be omitted from the scope and delivered by others. This will be confirmed prior to contract award and the contract sum will be amended as required. In addition, the 1800mm high Colorbond fencing and 900mm wide gates referenced in the design are to be delivered by others.

Dear Tenderers,

This notice is to advise that an amendment to the tender scope is currently being prepared for the Robinvale Workers Accommodation – Landscaping Works package.

The upcoming amendment will include additional scope of works, specifically the requirement to provide and place crushed rock at the locations marked in red on the updated drawings.

A formal Addendum, including revised documentation and instructions, will be issued within the next 24 hours.

To allow tenderers adequate time to review the updated scope and incorporate it into their pricing, the tender closing date has been extended by 5 business days to 17 February 2026.
