Details
The Department of Education (DoE) invites Offers for Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) System Integration and Implementation Services.
This Invitation to Offer (ITO) is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers for the Build, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, Hypercare and ongoing management of a new SAP SuccessFactors HCMS Solution.
DoE requires these services to be delivered in six (6) Stages as outlined below:
• Stage 1 – Design Discover;
• Stage 2 – Build and Implementation, including Integration and Data Migration Service;
• Stage 3 – Testing and Training;
• Stage 4 – Deploy and Go-live;
• Stage 5 – Hypercare; and
• Stage 6 – Managed Services.
Any subsequent contract(s) will be established under the Queensland Information Technology Contracting (QITC) Framework and will likely include modules for Software, Systems Integration, and Managed Services (including Data Migration Services) and ICT Professional Services.

Details
The Customer will hold a briefing session at 1pm (AEST), Wednesday 25 June 2025 via MS Teams.
It is not mandatory for prospective Offerors to attend the briefing session in order to submit an offer.
Offerors must register to attend this briefing by emailing the Customer’s Contact Person by 2:00pm on Monday 23 June 2025 listing the names of those Offeror representatives attending.
A maximum of two (2) representatives from each organisation may attend the briefing.

The reference to experience with MS Dynamics/Power Platform Solutions and the Success by Design Framework in Attachment 4 – Staffing Requirements: Staff Details Form was included in error.
This reference has now been removed, and an updated version of Attachment 4 has been uploaded to VendorPanel, reflecting the correct requirements for the HCMS implementation.
