Details
The purpose of this procurement process is to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) of Suppliers per Region for the provision of Cleaning Services for the Department of Justice. Upon establishment of the panel, 15 cleaning contracts are expected to be awarded immediately.
The Principal is committed to advancing the economic, environmental and social objectives of the Queensland Government, including maximising Queensland suppliers' opportunities to participate in government business, supporting regional and remote economies, and doing business with ethically, environmentally and socially responsible suppliers.
The Principal may establish a Panel as a result of this ITO comprising of one or more Suppliers per Region, each of which will enter into an SOA with the Principal to provide the same or similar goods and/or services to Eligible Customers. In addition, the Principal may, during the term of the SOA, appoint other Suppliers to the Panel for any reason, including if the Principal considers that the inclusion of one or more additional Suppliers is necessary or desirable to comply with government policy regarding diversity in supply chains or the achievement of social objectives.
The Principal reserves the right to, at its absolute discretion, progressively roll Suppliers off of any Panel established as a result of this SOA ITO process to assist with the management of the Panel size.

Question
:
hello,
Can you please clarify if you would like Q1-6 of Pack D Supplier response schedule, answered for each individual location we are applying for? Or for local benefit only, as it states specifically
'Instructions
Suppliers will need to complete the below questions for each region or courthouse (where a region is very large). For example, if a Supplier is applying for multiple regions, then the below questions would need to be answered for EACH region. Suppliers are to copy the below table and address the questions for each region/s as required'
Thank you kindly
Answered on 03/Dec/2025 04:01 PM
:
Suppliers will need to complete ALL of the Request for Quote Response Questions for each courthouse you are applying for.
So, if supplier is tendering for 7 courthouses, you will have to submit 7 responses to address EC1 - Site Service Delivery, EC2 - Purposeful Public Procurement and EC3 - Price (a separate ITO Pack D (i) RFQ Contract Pricing Response Form, spreadsheet [with 7 tabs of courthouses pricing completed])

Question
:
If I as a contractor only want to manage the exterior work from Biweekly to Annual, Is that possible? Or do I need to have subcontractor added in my quoting for the rest of the work I will not manage?
Answered on 08/Dec/2025 10:14 AM
:
The DoJ is looking to enter into a single contract for the cleaning services per courthouse. There may be one or more subcontractors involved with this one contract.

Question
:
Good Evening,
Upon review of the list of activities in DOJ 990.2526 Pack D, Attachment 2 – Courthouse Cleaning Specifications, there are cleaning tasks specified as daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual.
However, in the document Copy of DOJ_990.2526_Pack_D_(i) – Contract Pricing Response Form, there is a table to be completed for Routine Cleaning, which requires a total cost and total hours per week, and a separate table for Periodic Cleaning, which only includes quarterly, bi-annual, and annual activities.
Could you please clarify where the estimated hours and costs for the weekly, fortnightly, and monthly activities should be included?
Should these be incorporated into the Routine Cleaning section?
