Hi!

The RFT does not name a specific prequalification scheme for this tender. Section 30 (Registration or Licensing of Contractors) states that where an Act requires a contractor to be registered or licensed, the Tenderer must state its registration/licence number in the relevant Response Schedule.

Can Council confirm whether a Telecommunications Carrier Licence under the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) is required for this tender, or whether prequalification assessment is left to the Tenderer's self-assessment under Section 30?
