The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of existing Block C at Coopers Plains SS, located at 61 Orange Grove Rd, Coopers Plains QLD 4108, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2.

Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.

The scope of this project involves the comprehensive refurbishment of the existing classrooms within Block C. The objective is to upgrade and modernise the spaces to create a contemporary and functional environment that enhances both aesthetics and operational efficiency. Works are to be completed by July 2025.
