What the buyer is requesting
Details
Seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced person to provide an ongoing service to monitor and oversee the Mt Morgan Mine Electrical Installation Safety Management Plan and for the provision of an advisory service to the departments Technical Services Unit to ensure that infrastructure and operations on the site are electrically safe. Ensure any High Voltage electrical works on site are compliant with Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Electrical Safety (ES) legislative requirements and gives consideration to the requirement of the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health (MQSH) legislative requirements also.

Question:
Schedule 2 - Table 1 Requires us to state our Unit Price for Travel to Site.

We cannot state a single Unit Price as we are intending to propose a 'person overseeing electrical management of site' based out of Rockhampton, who would be able to travel to Mt Morgan at minimal cost, and an RPEQ Electrical Engineer based out of Brisbane, who would incur additional travel time, air fares and hire car costs. A day trip from Brisbane enables a maximum of about 6 hours on site, so overnight accommodation may also be required for some visits.

Hence we need to state 3 cost components:

1. Day trip from Rockhampton (for person overseeing electrical management of site)

2. Day trip from Brisbane (for RPEQ Electrical Engineer)

3. Overnight accommodation and meals

Please specify how many of each of these cost components should be included in our Contract Price (Table 1 - Total).
